Fairview apartments is the best apartment complex I have lived in. Let me tell you a little about my experience here. The apartments are sturdy for the time they were built. I live in the Ruby (2 bed 2 bath) it is spacious and well built. When the economy is shaky and I appreciated having cost effective renewal contracts. The balcony closet is nice for storage and the apartments have a laundry room I have used for more storage which has been extremely convenient. No soy de dar muchas reseñas pero definitivamente Lo recomiendo mucho llevo dos años en esta propiedad vengo desde Utah con una transferencia para esta propiedad y de Verda que estoy muy amañada cumplía mi contrato y preferí seguir acá ya q la propiedad mantiene limpia los parqueaderos hay muchos no está uno mirando donde parquear los de mantenimiento también excelente el señor Raúl es muy amable el habla español inglés y el te ayuda a traducir cualquier cosa q necesite en la recepción también son muy buena gente la manayer ... read more
I understand i was late on rent, worked it out and was told everything was paid. Now im being told i still owe 94 dollars. I cannot find any evidence of the returned payment in my bank statements or the ledger that is on the resident portal. Really need to get it consistent and actually show the returned/rejected payments. Not worth 1600 a month. Edit: I already reached out to you about this. Why do all business use the same cookie cutter answer.
Excellent apartment complex
You give them loyal service pay your rent on time for uears they will charge you $2000... For doors male sure you keep them doors perfect....just for a small hole or paint $$$$... The stairwell was kept like the projects and they lie... Do not send you a bill.. and be aware of the bugs that live in the trees they coming your house soon as you leave your window open crumb beetles... Keep your windows closed all the time.
