You give them loyal service pay your rent on time for uears they will charge you $2000... For doors male sure you keep them doors perfect....just for a small hole or paint $$$$... The stairwell was kept like the projects and they lie... Do not send you a bill.. and be aware of the bugs that live in the trees they coming your house soon as you leave your window open crumb beetles... Keep your windows closed all the time.
I know 2 different people that live here that are unhappy. Rules don't seem to be enforced in the pool area and in the last 2 weeks feces have been in the pool area twice.
They strive to make you feel at home. From the community events to the smiles you receive from visiting the office, these are caring people.Thanks to Christina and Jill who lead the Apartment Life community!
It seemed like a great place to live, so I scheduled a tour online for Saturday at 9 AM. I showed up, but no one was there. The sign on the front door also indicated the office opens at 9 AM on Saturdays. Did I miss something? Please update the online agent or office hours at the door if you are not working on the weekend.
