Although this place has some of the nicest staff ever, once you start making calls asking why you've been charged more money to come get antibiotics for an infected tooth in a 6 minute visit, then I'm paying to actually go have 3 teeth extracted in a dental surgical procedure. This entity is the very problem with all our of medical & health care issues today. Went to urgent care for my husband's ear infection and was treated with disrespect from Janice James and the nurse had the worst attitude ever. I'm very disappointed in the way things were handled.
We made an appointment for 2:40 PM urgently for our child who was extremely ill. Upon arrival we returned away because they said that our check-in time has started at 2:20 and she was supposed to be in the room by 240. The appointment had been booked at 2:15 PM as an urgent add-on and there was a note placed on there that she would be within a few minutes late of 240. Came to ER to be seen cause my doctor at allina recommended to go in after seeing me. Wanted to call me an ambulance. I drove to fairview. Upon arrival i Couldn't breathe and coughing blood in the lobby repeatedly. Proceded to wait over 4 hours and being told my condition isn't severe enough to be seen right away. I guess breathing isn't that important. If I could do zero stars for how I was treated I would.
