It's sad this is the closest and sometimes the only urgent care, ER.. etc that people have access too. All employees seem to be stripped of compassion, patience and common sense. This should feel like a safe place to come to but it feels like walking on egg shells. Unfortunately its the closest urgent care but lately I have been making a point to drive elsewhere if my ailment allows.
My fiancé was sent to this hospital back in Dec 2024. They were not able to figure out why he wasn’t waking up. He laid there vomiting and seizing over night. We later found out he had a stroke. He passed. I would NEVER recommend this hospital!
The emergency room at this hospital needs serious help. In 2023 I was laced with fentanyl and overdosed. Upon my arrival to the emergency room I was given so many different drugs I began having uncontrollable muscle movements throughout my entire body. This got so severe they gave me MORE drugs, this time a sedative. Unfortunately, whoever was responsible for my care that day failed to do proper rounds, and did not notice when I went unconscious from said sedation. The last and final visit of mine, I checked into the emergency room and sat for 3 hours, finally realizing I would be better off going somewhere else. I left with not being omitted and received absolutely and literally nothing in regard to care or service, and I just received a bill for $900.
