MRI tech lacks empathy & unprofessional - staff is unorganized! The office demonstrated extremely poor communication within departments. When trying to schedule an appointment for an MRI for my son not only did it take over 20 minutes for the MRI department to get the appointment scheduled but then they actually recorded the appointment wrong.
