Professional, caring and kind
My daughter's fiance had just moved here and needed to establish care with a new provider. His appointment with a fairview provider got canceled on the day of the appointment (due to the provider being out sick). We were scrambling to get in to see someone since his meds were about to run out. The front desk staff at the Lakeville Clinic (Nikki and another gal) were AMAZING! Dr. Jennifer Hedtke has been amazing with my elderly mother! She really takes her time listening to her, explaining any questions, and is so caring & passionate. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Hedtke, highly recommend her care with you or your loved one.
If you are looking for better care, do not go to this clinic. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The staff is unhelpful and they do not listen to patients’ needs or concerns. I felt neglected and unsupported the entire time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
While this clinic is usually exceptional, Erin Benedict treated me like a junkie today when I visited Urgent Care with severe pain from an orthopedic condition. My regular doctor of 8 years is with this clinic but she was out today. I brought proof of my condition and the last procedure I had for it. She was insensitive and disrespectful at a time when I needed medical care.
