Dr. Jennifer Hedtke has been amazing with my elderly mother! She really takes her time listening to her, explaining any questions, and is so caring & passionate. I cannot say enough great things about Dr Hedtke, highly recommend her care with you or your loved one.
If you are looking for better care, do not go to this clinic. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The staff is unhelpful and they do not listen to patients’ needs or concerns. I felt neglected and unsupported the entire time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
While this clinic is usually exceptional, Erin Benedict treated me like a junkie today when I visited Urgent Care with severe pain from an orthopedic condition. My regular doctor of 8 years is with this clinic but she was out today. I brought proof of my condition and the last procedure I had for it. She was insensitive and disrespectful at a time when I needed medical care.
Extortionist billing practices. Went in for annual check up. The doctor asked me about an existing issue that I'm seeing someone else for. I asked him a simple question about side effects of the existing issue and we had a five minute conversation resulting in an answer of "I don't know, I can write you a referral to see someone. I don't charge for referrals". So I got a referral. M Health then bills me over $500 for a medium complexity visit billed for 30-39 minutes. I’ve been going to this location for several years. The staff are amazing and my primary doctor is the best. Nice facility and location.
