Avoid Dr. Paul Turcotte. This man is charitably referred to by his own staff as “quirky”. The good news is he will order any test you ask him to, the bad news is you have to ask for them yourself so you better know what tests you want. The worst news is that if anything goes wrong or you have any questions, expect a week or two delay before he does anything. Outside of that he is about as informative as asking ChatGPT for medical advice, but less personable.
They refuse to recognize my service dogs as psychiatric service dogs or that they do tasks for me even though I explained everything and that there is no such thing as a certification for service dogs (I've done extensive research on service dogs)
If I could give less stars I would. Rebecca Kragh came into the room to see my 20 month old son for pink eye. She didn’t wash her hands, wear a mask, or gloves. She pushed her body into both of us to look into his ears in the most violating manor. She then tried to take the tongue stick he was playing with a put it in his mouth. I had to stop her and tell her to get a new one. Then she puts the new one in his mouth and her dirt caked nail nearly went into his mouth, I had to pull him back and let her know why.
