It's the doctor's office. What more can I say.
The person who drew my blood was very friendly and personable. The people checking in patients at the desk were also friendly with everybody who came in. Also, I appreciated that I received a call several hours before my appointment letting me know that my blood panel order hadn't been received by my doctor yet, so it gave me a chance to reach out to her, have the order sent over, and make the appointment go smoothly as a result.
