Jennifer bottom is great. But unfortunately the nurse care team line is absolutely the most disgusting people ive spoke with. No respect for the fact this is my health. When people call that line its to explain a problem or concern and for them to listen and here them out not someone on the other line upset they have to listen to me explain some misshap. Will not being coming back here unfortunately cause clearly my heathly concerns dont concern them.
Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Kappelman was extremely disappointing and concerning. While she presents herself as caring and competent, her actions suggest otherwise. She consistently dismissed my symptoms, often speaking over me rather than listening. Any attempts to advocate for myself or ask clarifying questions were met with defensiveness, condescension, or outright blame, a pattern that felt emotionally manipulative and gaslighting. Kind nurses, nice environment.
Friendly and good providers,wait times reasonable
Absolutely awful, I was with in 15 late due to road closures and was refused service. This was a very important appointment to me and I could not take off more work to reschedule. The staff did not care or do anything to assist me. I was willing to wait but was still refused because the provider was running late. I will NEVER come to this location again and will strongly suggest to friends and family to do the same
