Chelsea Her, Mr Mohamed Yusuf Y, MD, Lovely, and all the staff. The staff at Fairview Urgent Care are truly compassionate, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Their warm approach and prompt service make every visit comfortable and reassuring. We are grateful for their commitment to the health and well-being of our community. We have put trust in God that he sent, me and my family too the right team.
Literally the rudest receptionist staff in the medical field we have EVER experienced, that’s all over the cities, and Mayo included. We were blown away by the unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness of 2 women at the front desk, one with braids that were black and red, and the other had blue dyed hair. Happily driving to Bass Lake to see an MD than to deal with these incredibly rude, insensitive, shells of human beings. Do better.

Tricked into an extra $100 out-of-pocket charge because during my annual preventative visit I made the mistake of answering a question about an old and no longer relevant health concern that had never been removed from my chart. My provider then decided - without warning me - that this three-sentence conversation was outside the bounds of my covered services, and so I got walloped with a surprise charge when my insurance statement came out a month later.
