Khadija was super nice and listened to my concerns about fainting while getting blood drawn and made accommodations. Most painless blood draw I’ve had. She joked with me and was super nice to talk to.
Terrible front desk staff. Beautiful facility, but absolutely ruined by an awful attitude from the check in lady. Get your care somewhere you feel welcome
This place genuinely sucks. I’m sure the staff is just doing their best but I have had bad experiences there time and time again. I have repeatedly been cancelled on, my concerns haven’t been addressed or taken seriously, and it’s left me feeling hopeless at this point. I have wasted so much time trying to make this clinic work because it’s close to me. But it’s truly AWFUL. I will not be returning.
