Went in to get checked out for strep throat. I told the doctor I have IDB and a low appetite so I can’t take anything that messes with my stomach. He proceeds to prescribe me something that will make it so I have to have something in my stomach 3 times a day for the next 10 days! I know they have z packs that only take 5. What are we doing here guys???
In the future it would be nice to know when I hand the receptionist my insurance card if I am in network for my yearly physical.
Both the parking & building were easier to navigate than I was expecting. Free parking in garage. Cheerful employees at check-in. The type of appointment I had was the fastest & least uncomfortable that I have ever experienced. Also had a good experience in the lab. Be prepared for the smallest waiting area ever though, lol.
I think it’s bull crap that they don’t allow service animals. You service people that need their service animals.
Dr. Hayden and Dr. Chiara were very nice and professional! They both listened to my concerns, big and small, and addressed them accordingly! I definitely would recommend them and this clinic! Underground parking is free.
