Kind nurses, nice environment.
Friendly and good providers,wait times reasonable
Absolutely awful, I was with in 15 late due to road closures and was refused service. This was a very important appointment to me and I could not take off more work to reschedule. The staff did not care or do anything to assist me. I was willing to wait but was still refused because the provider was running late. I will NEVER come to this location again and will strongly suggest to friends and family to do the same
Stopped by the lab yesterday to get some labs done and the lab technician was so nice and helpful! I wish I had caught her name to giver a shoutout. I only lowered a star because last week when I stopped in the two women at the front desk were oddly not very nice.
Diane K. Samson was rude and insensitive. I hope I never have another need for urgent care because she won't listen to you. If she had looked at my history I've always needed 10 days of an antibiotic. She would only prescribe 7 days. I will refuse to be seen by her.
