This place genuinely sucks. I’m sure the staff is just doing their best but I have had bad experiences there time and time again. I have repeatedly been cancelled on, my concerns haven’t been addressed or taken seriously, and it’s left me feeling hopeless at this point. I have wasted so much time trying to make this clinic work because it’s close to me. But it’s truly AWFUL. I will not be returning.

Chelsea Her, Mr Mohamed Yusuf Y, MD, Lovely, and all the staff. The staff at Fairview Urgent Care are truly compassionate, professional, and dedicated to providing exceptional care. Their warm approach and prompt service make every visit comfortable and reassuring. We are grateful for their commitment to the health and well-being of our community. We have put trust in God that he sent, me and my family too the right team.

Literally the rudest receptionist staff in the medical field we have EVER experienced, that’s all over the cities, and Mayo included. We were blown away by the unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness of 2 women at the front desk, one with braids that were black and red, and the other had blue dyed hair. Happily driving to Bass Lake to see an MD than to deal with these incredibly rude, insensitive, shells of human beings. Do better.
