I love the docs I've seen there, but the billing is too messed up. I'm still working on something from 2010. I'm leaving the doc I really like because I don't have time for the billing foolishness.

Great Clinic – I've used this clinic for well over a decade and had nothing but good service by medical staff and the rest of the employees.

Great doctor at great clinic – Dr. Spatz is great to work with. She is down to earth, compassionate, honest, and funny. She is great about communicating with me through My Chart which is an online system. I can often get the info I need without a phone call or appt. The clinic staff are friendly and responsive as needed. I go to the clinic often due to my diabetes and have never been disappointed. I have referred all of my friends and family too.

love my clinic – Dr. Mayer is an excellent doc, and is willing to spend time with you. Of course, this means that sometimes she's backed up, and I do wish they'd give estimates. This clinic could learn from Fairview Children's Clinic, where they have a white board giving the estimated wait for each doctor (On Time, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, more than 30 minutes, etc.) But overall, our care here has been excellent, and everyone is very nice.

Good doctors, bad organization – This is a good clinic if you need to run in for a check-up but if you need any followup, papers signed, cripts transfered, or messages sent to doctors, good luck. It's as if any questions or phone calls you make to this clinic go into a black hole, staff does not communicate with eachother and there is little follow through to get answers.

Poor service, horrible inter-office communications and over billing. – My son was going to Lisa Spatts, who is booked up six months in advance. I tried to get my son in for a physical for pre-school with another family physician and every-time I made an appointment the appointment was canceled a couple of days prior to the date. Four months later, I finally got him into to see a physician and my son's preschool sent to physical paper work one day prior to the appointment. We also had a flu shoot scheduled.
