This is a review for the M Health Care Clinic at 6565 France Ave in the Southdale Medical Building in Suite 150. After scheduling a new patient appt. in early September (easy and friendly phone process) for October 19, I registered on-line at M Health and My Chart and completed the sign-in forms 48 hours before arriving at 7:40 as directed. I am 81 and have been going to this clinic for a very long time. I find it sad to read the negative reply's as that is not how I perceive this clinic.
I too would give this clinic a 0 if I could. I've been there twice for a preventative care visit. During the most recent visit, the intake nurse didn't even know how to operate a pulsometer. The DNP did nothing other than read notes, listen to my heart and lungs, prescribe a toxic medication that I have reactions to even though I told her. It was a preventative care visit and I told them that over and over again but they still double-billed me because the DNP read the notes about a pre-existing condition.
