I too would give this clinic a 0 if I could. I've been there twice for a preventative care visit. During the most recent visit, the intake nurse didn't even know how to operate a pulsometer. The DNP did nothing other than read notes, listen to my heart and lungs, prescribe a toxic medication that I have reactions to even though I told her. The lady who worked the check in frsk was popping and cheeing her gum very loudly. I am sitting in the waiting area and she is popping and smacking her gum. I am glad i dont have to work nect to her all day. It is irratating
If I could give 0 start, I would. This clinic has unfortunately shifted from patient-centered care to a model that feels purely transactional. It's unclear who is overseeing operations, but it seems the system has reduced highly qualified doctors to mere note-takers—where even the act of documenting a sentence is itemized and billed. Gave my girlfriend two different and opposite diagnoses one day apart
I had an X-ray and lab work scheduled at the Lakeville Clinic for May 20 in the morning. I got my imaging done but was told they don’t have a laboratory at that clinic (in spite of what I was told to do). So I have to drive back into the city, to Edina from Northfield, to get the rest of my doctor’s order fulfilled (the lab work). Ends up taking up the better part of a day! Not pleased!
