These apartments are excellent! They look brand new, are beautifully maintained, and the layout is great. One of the best perks is the location—it is within walking distance of the Henrietta Public Library, Wegmans, and Starbucks, and it’s a fantastic spot to watch the 4th of July fireworks. The community feels truly luxurious and includes great amenities like a swimming pool and a gym. I just moved out as a resident for 2 years. The units have good finishings, working appliances that are modern and are comfortable to live in. The amenities in the community are of good quality and great to use. The grounds are kept very well with gardening, snow removal and upkeep. People living in the community are all pretty respectful and the proximity to Wegman's is invaluable. Living in apartments or townhomes you do get the odd sound from your neighbors but that is pretty standard in all multi-dwelling units.

I have lived here for 6 months. My townhouse is beautiful. The two car attached garage is great. My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The maintenance crew is top notch. They take great care of the complex, Bill and his team are very reaponsive whenever I have had a service request. My son was a pool attendant over the summer and he really like working for Lindsay. Thank you Fairview!

Terrible place to live . I have been dealing with roach infestation. Management is rude and aggressive . The units appear nice but poorly designed. You will hear your neighbors flush the toilet . Last summer we received a message the pool was closed every other day due to no life guard (I’ll post an example ). Let’s see what happens this year .I’m sure Lindsay will respond with a passive aggressive response . By the way ,I do live here because I’m sure that will be in the response . Stay away from this place !
