Dr haghighi is a very kind and good doctor. Insurance claims with people’s insurance companies shouldn’t lead the bad reviews of the doctor. You should be given bad reviews of your insurance company
Honestly, I feel like he’s probably the best primary care doctor I’ve had since I moved to this area. He’s pretty thorough and listens to what you have to say. The girls at the front desk are awesome! Sometimes I make last-minute appointments and they always accommodate it.
Dr. Haghighi was friendly and seemed professional, but they messed up the insurance claim when filing and I had to pay hundreds of dollars for what was supposed to be a routine, preventative visit. I spoke to multiple insurance representatives to gather the exact codes and reasons for the rejection and provide them to the office, but the financial team did nothing to help me resolve the issue and simply threatened to send my info to the debt collectors if I didn’t pay.
The doctor is antiquated and employs THE absolute worst staff I have ever encountered! 0 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
