I have had an outstanding experience with Robert Dill. and Carol at the front desk. Rob’s quality of care and manner are second to none. He takes the time to listen, explain clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. Carol at the front desk is equally exceptional. Great place, very nice and professional
I'm in a really bad place and my primary doctor sent in an urgent referral. They were so very rude on the phone and made me feel like I was more of a burden than I am already. I just couldn't do it. I started crying on teh phone with them and the lady on the phone just kept insisting that I go back into my office (with all my coworkers) to get my credit card or she wouldn't even pencil me in for an appointment.
