I rented 3 units at Fairpark when I sold my house, the facility was clean and well maintained. The customer service was great.
The storage unit is wonderful and payments can be set up to come directly out of your account. My only issue is that my deposit was not deposited to my account the way it was debited. A check was mailed to my old address and even though it has been 8 months and the owner agrees it hasn't been cashed, he refuses to refund my deposit. He says that it will cost him $30.00 to stop payment on the check so he just kept my deposit even though it was his error.
I absolutely love the security at this location. Makes me feel more comfortable that my things will be safe.
I have had a unit there for 8 months no problems.
