It is owned by a professional, honest landlord. Neighbors are courteous and mannerly. The price is competitive, and the space is nice, including parking and an outdoor basketball hoop. If you only have one or two roommates and like the area, I would recommend living at Fair Oaks.
The Fair-Oaks and Perry Reid Staff were wonderful to work with. The location is very convenient and close to both campuses and downtown. I lived here over a year and had a great experience!
