Horrible experience just from the walk-in moment. Complete lack of respect and courtesy if you’re walking in with the patient as company. Professionalism and kindness to explain why??? Forget about that, we don’t need you so just walk out the door. Honestly not sure how the hiring process to allow personnel of this kind to deal with a medical environment. I am visiting from out of town and had a bad chest cold so I utilized the walk in service and had to wait about 30 minutes to see a doctor. 10 minutes of my wait was filling out paperwork as a first time visitor. Those with appointments are seen first. Personnel were kind and doctor preformed a thorough examine and spent a good 10 minutes with me. A set of prescriptions were ordered for me and was suggested a revisit in one week for follow up care was scheduled.
Dr V and Dr C are very caring Dr's. They always listen to you and make sure they understand what is going on before they jump to diagnoses. I have known Dr V for over 30 years. He would even call and check in on my wellbeing and my Moms if he hadn't seen us in a while. Dr V is just as caring. He takes time to listen to you and doesnt make you feel like he doesn't care.
