Current management is very rude and disrespectful towards residents. Borderline verbal abuse and harassment. I have a client that lives there, I’ve witnessed the unprofessional behavior first hand. Residents are not allowed to use public restrooms on the first floor, most are elderly with mobility issues and it makes it very difficult for them to have to go back up to their apartment to use restroom. They have had an ongoing issue with bedbugs as well.
Still here 8 years later. Love it!
This apartment complex is managed by a Lashawn she is a bully! She tells the social workers that are supposed to help the residence not to help them with anything. She does not know how to do her job at all super underqualified. Numerous residence vehicles have been stolen. Nothing has been done about it because she does not know how to work the cameras. She harasses residence who are not afraid to stand up to her. She takes photos of residence and their company on her personal phone when there is security cameras for that. ... read more
