My elderly friend lives here. She is bullied and harassed by the complex manager. The whole place has an ongoing bedbug issue. Numerous comments are similar. Why is nothing done by the authorities? Federal, State and City agencies all have responsibilities in this situation. This is an unhealthy place for elderly people to live.
Current management is very rude and disrespectful towards residents. Borderline verbal abuse and harassment. I have a client that lives there, I’ve witnessed the unprofessional behavior first hand. Residents are not allowed to use public restrooms on the first floor, most are elderly with mobility issues and it makes it very difficult for them to have to go back up to their apartment to use restroom. They have had an ongoing issue with bedbugs as well.
