i moved out of this place after they filed a possession when i owed $600 and had a payment plan. I appealed the possession and PAID an escrow account the entirety of a months rent and left. These people have gone MIA will not respond to emails i've stopped leaving messages because no one calls back no one has answers and Cumberland County Prothonotary office said they still have my money in escrow did NOT send in the documentation to retrieve funds and months later i have a collections account for $1198 with no response rega... read more
Pretty quiet community, I can walk around and enjoy at anytime of the day.
New management have completed many of issues in current apartment complex. When I have an issue maintenance responds in a timely manner.
Office staff , Maintenance staff, all incredible- I live on third floor had a toilet issue I didn’t even know about because I had stepped out - now how good is that? Not only that since new owners have taken over in the year I lived here, first part of that year nothing was done -2nd part with new managers- new doors, roofs, landscaping , clean office , fabulous staff - I could go but that would just be a lot - TY
