Office staff , Maintenance staff, all incredible- I live on third floor had a toilet issue I didn’t even know about because I had stepped out - now how good is that? Not only that since new owners have taken over in the year I lived here, first part of that year nothing was done -2nd part with new managers- new doors, roofs, landscaping , clean office , fabulous staff - I could go but that would just be a lot - TY
under New Management they are doing fantastic job previous management they were really really sucked especially maintenance is right on time with One Call away right now they are painting and it looked good thank you so much
Ever since the new company bought the property, they are doing a lot of good work to make it nicer and that is so appreciated! I enjoy living here, but for the cost wish there were some additional amenities. There used to be a pool that got filled to become a dog park, but that fence was taken down too. Just like the volleyball court. I wish the 3 bedroom units had patios like the smaller ones, but only if you are in the first floor do you get one.
