Apartment raised the prices for double the amount for laundry, washers don’t even work good and dryers don’t even dry! It shouldn’t take three cycles to dry my clothes! If they are going to raise the price they better be working properly. The pool is also never opened and always fails inspection! So far seems quiet. The few little fixes has been requested. First time in an apartment in over 40 years so hopefully if I am not doing what I'm supposed to do I will be graciously addressed
Love Fairmount apartments been here almost a year October 6th and I don't regret it one bit it's close to everything and the neighborhood association is top notch especially when they host events around the neighborhood. AZ 1st has been amazing to me and is willing to help anytime and explain stuff in terms a tenant understands and if they don't know the answer they will make it their mission to find someone who does know.
