I can’t use the restroom in my own apartment! For months the sewer and pipes have been backing up in not only my apartment but in the other 6 as well. Multiple maintenance requests have been made and “resolved” just to have the same issue happen the next month. This happens way too much, maintenance line is no help, and gotten to the point where I have to go to the grocery store to just use the restroom
Quite interesting...
The only thing they care about is the beautification of the property's exterior, but wont do anything to address safety and health concerns that may be going in your apartment eventhough they are obligated to be per their lease.
So fast and very professional. He had the problem resolved immediately. Very friendly.
