Oversold and unbearably crowded. Touted at 65 acres. Poorly marked pathways can lead you into guest spaces, or in circles around areas pertaining to the event. Be prepared for a lot of walking, long long lines. Go early if you want to do any of the rides which are mediocre at best, low level travelling fair stuff, no serious rides. There are magnificent lights everywhere, creating a magical atmosphere across the entire resort. The event is massive. There are lots of things to see and do. In fact, it's not possible to see and enjoy everything in one night! Plan for multiple visits or a multi-day stay to fully appreciate the scale and beauty of this holiday experience. It's a fantastic annual tradition.
The Christmas festival is great, although be prepared for long lines for that one. Overall Christmas is 3.5 stars because it was just too crowded. Don't bother with the fall festival. Absolutely awful. Only a few very basic rides with significant height restrictions- my 6 yo was too tall to ride the little kid rides and the other ones were over an hour wait for less than a 2 min mini rollercoaster.
