DO NOT SIGN HERE OR WITH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! I have NEVER had a worse living experience. Unless you LOVE killing roaches and waterbugs do NOT live here. The staff does little to nothing to help with this issue and expects residents to be their own pest control. The landlord, Joey Resnick, told me directly in person that it was my responsibility to step on the bugs to kill them and that he would do nothing to help because the issue isn't a big deal to him, meanwhile i am living in a roach infested nasty apartment.
