We were referred to Dr. Megan Kilvert after our daughter was diagnosed with GERD and a cow’s milk protein allergy, which was an incredibly stressful time for us as new parents. Dr. Kilvert is excellent at what she does, she was factual, reassuring, and helped us keep things in perspective when our anxiety was high. We’re very grateful for her guidance and the reassurance she gave us during a difficult time.
The front desk staff were passive aggressive and condescending throughout our visit. We were running late and tried to call ahead. Their office message explicitly stated they don't take calls between 12 and 1. When we arrived, we were repeatedly reminded that we were late and told we should have called. When we explained what happened, we were told we must have misdialed. When we showed them the call log to the exact number they gave us, they shrugged it off and insisted they would have answered. Very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive team.
Ridiculously difficult to get an appointment here in a reasonable time!! LONG WAIT TIMES!!! The receptionists are rude and do not even try to compromise with you. My family was referred to this group a year ago and trying to find out when my visit would be was next to impossible. Requested a referral to someone else and we have had a much better experience elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
