Very kind, knowledgeable, and responsive team.
Ridiculously difficult to get an appointment here in a reasonable time!! LONG WAIT TIMES!!! The receptionists are rude and do not even try to compromise with you. My family was referred to this group a year ago and trying to find out when my visit would be was next to impossible. Requested a referral to someone else and we have had a much better experience elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Painfully difficult to get appointment in this clinic. They refer to Primary care for all non-urgent medical reasons and emergency care for urgent needs. Whenever we try to book any appointment via receptionist, we get re-routed to Walk in clinics, primary care or emergency care. Extremely confused on which medical needs does fall under Paediatrics.
We had a really good experience with Dr. P Louie and Dr. George. Dr. George is probably one of the best pediatricians we have met when caring for our little one. The 4 stars are for them. Avoid Dr. S Laskin - she lied to us in hospital and her oath as a doctor to "do no harm" to her patients? She did plenty of harm and she was aware of this (we later discovered that she was cautioned by another pediatrician not to make the recommendations she was making / still did it anyway). In our eyes, she violated her oath as a doctor.
