My family has lived here for 6 going on 7 years. Yes management has changed, Brenda was so great but Dena is doing awesome as well. We have had a few maintenance requests since Dena has come into management and she has always followed up and made sure things were completed in a timely manner. Shared laundry facilities are a little dirty (which has always been the case) but other than that we really have no complaints for the pricing of these apartments. My wife and I have lived here for 9+ years with Brenda as the manager. Sadly Brenda has retired, and the new manager is not impressing me in the least. She's rude, inconsiderate and doesn't seem to care about tenants complaints. The first thing she did was to renew our lease with an additional "pet rent" for each pet per month. I paid pet deposits but have never paid additional rent for each pet. The parking is even worse with some tenants having 3 or 4 vehicles but there's only 1 stall per apartment and 7 free for all for 1... read more
I’ve lived at Fairmont Park and moved out over a year now. My friends and family still reside at Fairmont Park and have said the new manager is not friendly and she’s disrespectful towards people that come into office with complaints. Brenda never treated residents like she does. My Mexican friends want to move out saying the atmosphere has changed. Brenda was amazing! Came in looking for an apartment for my mom. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
Only lived here for a year, but overall great experience! The apartment manager Brenda is fantastic and always goes above and beyond. Maintenance team is also great and speedy!
