Même s'il n'est pas exempt de tous défauts, le Manoir Richelieu est véritablement un lieu d'exception au Québec, à commencer évidemment par son emplacement privilégié et la variété des services offerts. Notre expérience a débuté d'une façon légèrement négative avec un check-in lent et laborieux (Plus de 20 minutes d'attente au comptoir prioritaire pour les membres ACCOR...), véritablement indigne d'un hôtel de votre trempe. Overall, this is a decent hotel with the best location in this town. I am giving it a low rating mainly because I could not pay contactlessly with Google Pay or Apple Pay — they insisted on a physical card as if we were living in the 19th century. This was especially strange because six other Fairmont hotels in Canada accepted my contactless phone payment without any problem.
