if i could give it 0 stars i would. it was awful, staff was horrible. nurses didn't even know what medication was supposed to be given to patients. and it was a co-ed department which was very uncomfortable. we had to sleep on floors and cots in a small room. they didn't provide counseling what so ever. it took me 16 hours to be seen by the psychiatrist. horrible awful and disgusting place.
Corrupt. They continue to share my medical info with unauthorized parties.
To anyone that was Treated Poorly at this facility in the last year A nurse named Jacqueline Amador works here. She has been under investigation multiple times for encouraging someone to commit suicide, along with other infractions involving minors and Hipa violations, John George looks the other way when it comes to this because they are understaffed. She works for Alameda Health Systems. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE. IF this Nurse Harmed anyone or mistreated you in any way, speak up!
I'm admitted to hospital. My mother threw me in this hospital without reason. I'm normal. I do not want suicide myself. My mental health is fine. They tell me to leave my valuable belongings on the cart. Few nurses are rude they treat me like I'm mentally ill and insane and they are being abused by staff. Food is very nasty.
