Yemi, Assessment Nurse was fabulous. Professional, explained everything and took her time showing how to take care of my husband's needs
This is a HORRIBLE hospice that treats dying like a business and nothing else. The nurse assigned to our family was Joy and she was rude and refused to provide a continuous care after a loved one was sent home from a hospital in a critical condition to die. Joy came to evaluate within 24 hours of the hospital discharge, she pronounced "a complete recovery", and "no crisis care needed". It was an honor to be served by Fairmont Hospice. Everyone who served Tammy and, I did so with a level of class and, compassion that many other organizations could learn from. I would be honored to consider each and every one of the staff who cared for Tammy as my friends, if they'd like. I sure could use some support, if it's available. I'm really hurting. I miss my sweetheart so much. I'm blessed for the time that I had with her. But, 38 years just wasn't enough.
Horrible service. They took in my mom and said they’d take care of everything, knowing we lived far and after a weeks her nurse SAVANNAH basically ghosted us and the facility quit and said we were too far from them.
Sheena is so wonderful. She is an Angel sent especially with the residents. Always comes in with a wonderful attitude and ready to take care of her resident.
