Built on time and great service
DO NOT BUILD WITH FAIRMONT HOMES NSW! It’s the worst decision we ever made, we went over 300k over budget. Took 3 years to build and had all sorts of leaks, bad communication, and still not 100% completed. Sales guys are amazing to get you over the line and sign that contract but after that it is hell! We personally know 5 other people who have built with Fairmont and have all similar situations if not worse.
I would not recommend this builder to anyone! Admin staff are constantly changing and very hard to contact and get a response from. The contractors they hire have such poor skills in their trades and most of our house was build very poorly and not completed to a professional finish that you would expect from a new build. So disappointing :(
Just moved into the duplex after a build with Fairmont NSW and couldn’t be happier with how it turnt out. The team was easy to work with, they handled the council without too much issues, which in this area is not easy itself. A few things popped up along the way as expected), but they were responsive, sorted issues quickly, and didn’t try to dodge responsibility. The build itself is solid.
