Poor communication, don’t let me start with workmanship and quality. Do not build with them. They get the final payment then stop responding to anything. We were very compliant the whole way never missed or delayed any of their requests. Keep away. Our next step is taking them to court.
Very poor experience with this company. The build took nearly three years and the final result is not up to standard. There are many defects throughout the house, including badly done curved walls and poor gyprock work. We’ve had to mark issues with tape so they aren’t missed. When they do send trades to fix issues, they only address one small item (for example a leaking second hand looking window), spend 20 minutes on site, and leave saying that’s all they were told to do even after we point out multiple other windows leaki... read more
