Great Property The Fairmont is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are first rate they have a beautiful pool, gym area, and a meeting area which is nicely appointed. The apartments are very nice and include things like a dishwasher, Washer and dryer, and a full bath. The maintenance staff are excellent and respond almost immediately to any issues you may have. Parking is very easy and they also have a garage that you can rent. It is also pet friendly

Wonderful Quiet neighborhood Tracy was wonderful during our visit. We were visiting from Alaska and are looking for a safe place to live when we move to Houston this fall. We fell in LOVE with this complex! It's very quiet, safe and tucked away. Smooth Process From the moment I called to set up a tour to the application process, it was nothing less than pleasant. Tracy took the time to listen, and worked with me. I applied the same day. I cannot wait to move in. From what I see, it is going to be great place for a new beginning.

Nice apartments. Nice apartments in a good location. I just moved here and I do like the SugarLand area. These apartments are nice and the office staff is professional.

Friendly Management and Excellent Apartment! I just lived here for 7 months and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The apartment complex is centrally located in Sugar Land and walking distance from first colony moll, restaurants and bars. It's a gated community with swimming pool and fitness club. Apartments are spacious, upgraded kitchen appliances and well maintained. The property managers Maria an Christen are very friendly, attentive to residents needs and keep the property very well. Ladies, your are the best! :)
