Left work early for my appointment. Drove 30 minutes for her secretary to say I had to pay up front then be reimbursed for the visit. I said I have always used my insurance for my eye visits. Secretary claimed she didn’t get visit approved by insurance and insurance company was closed. I think they are pushing all the patients to pay up front. Changing eye doctors. Won’t go back.
