Amazing place! They booked me in the same day and were so kind and helpful. Dr Eddie was great, he really took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. Can't recommend it enough!
I recently visited Fairmont for regular dental check up and cleaning and was really impressed by the amazing customer service. The receptionists at the front desk were so helpful, I called them a couple of times to double check all the insurance details with them and they explained everything really nicely. The lady (dental hygienist) who did my teeth cleaning was very kind and attentive. She carefully performed the procedure professionally so as to avoid any pain or discomfort. I cannot thank the staff at Fairmont dental enough. Fairmont dental came highly recommended to me and I am so glad I listened to their recommendation. My daughter is only five and had previously experienced dental anxiety the staff was so patient and welcoming they made her feel right at ease. Called Fairmont Dental and made an appointment for assessment. Im very nervous when it comes to dentists. Was welcomed the same day and treated like a friend instantly by all the staff . My issue was explained all along the way so I understood the procedure completely and painlessly. Dr. Pham and all the staff were the best.
