I was so nervous to get a root canal today but Dr. Eddie explained the whole process to me, he made me feel very comfortable, taken care of and answered any questions I had. Before I knew it my nerves were gone. As well as his assistant T she was very informative and reassuring aswell. Their energy together was great!
I was certainly pleased with my overall experience 😊 Cristina was most welcoming,charming and set the tone for my first visit "Tops"!! Also Congratulations to Dr lalji, Tyra, Aijah You folks truly made a difference to a nervous customer.
I read the other reviews and can unequivocally agree that this dental clinic and people who work here deserve the 5 star review. There is an element of compassion and professionalism that goes far beyond a basic dental clinic. Thank you.
I recently visited Fairmont for regular dental check up and cleaning and was really impressed by the amazing customer service. The receptionists at the front desk were so helpful, I called them a couple of times to double check all the insurance details with them and they explained everything really nicely. The lady (dental hygienist) who did my teeth cleaning was very kind and attentive. She carefully performed the procedure professionally so as to avoid any pain or discomfort. I just recently had some major work done after years of not seeing a dentist. Due to poor past experience I had major anxiety and waited until I could not wait any longer.... The team at Fairmont was welcoming kind and non judgemental. Dr David was very kind and understanding explaining everything to me step by step which kept my anxiety at ease. His careful work was not even painful at all. 10/10 experience and I feel silly that I waited this long to go back to a dentist. Thank you Dr. David and team!
