My kids have been coming here for several years and actually enjoy their visits, even when they needed fillings. I got my first two fillings done today by Dr. Ed and Tee (please email me if I got the spelling wrong), and I get why the kids are comfortable. I have historically been really hard to freeze so I was bracing myself for the usual pain I need to push through. I cannot tell you how pain-free those fillings were. I've had good experiences here with the dentist. However my issue is with the office admins and the fact that this place is not wheelchair accessible, which, in the era of easily installed ramps, is a choice to serve only part of the community. Ableism from health care professionals is the worst. :( The entrance is difficult to navigate with a mobility device, be it a cane or walker and not at all with a wheelchair. Quite honestly the most relaxed I've felt at any appointment. The entire team welcomes you with warmth and beautiful smiles. They take the time to explain the procedures in terms that you can understand. They don't talk down to you at all and they never make you feel shamed for the state of your teeth. I'm recommending Eddie and his team to anyone I can. Thank you all for helping me achieve my wedding smile.
I recently visited Fairmont for regular dental check up and cleaning and was really impressed by the amazing customer service. The receptionists at the front desk were so helpful, I called them a couple of times to double check all the insurance details with them and they explained everything really nicely.
