I have to agree with Michael Wegner that my experience at Fairmont apartments was extremely pleasant, and I feel bad for the folks that have had a poor experience. I lived at the Fairmont for 3 years from 2019 - 2022, and I know it's 2025 and I am late to this review, but I had to come back and make sure I wrote a review because I think about this place a lot. Rude Staff
I went in to tour the Fairmont apartments and the leading agent was very unfriendly not sure if he was having a bad day but I felt unwelcomed when I first walked in to the point I didn't even make it to tour the building I left out that is how bad it was .I would not want to rent there especially if they show me I'm truly unwelcomed there.
Don't move here. The area is nice, the management is not. The elevators are also always broken. Management is also super petty.
