Lived here from 2022-2024, not totally sure I’d recommend it. It’s an old, cheap building, so there were a decent amount of maintenance issues; but that’s not unexpected to me and they always fixed it pretty quickly. However, in 2024, our heater broke right before the coldest weekend of that entire year, and for some reason they refused to fix it until after the weekend!!! When they finally replaced it, they literally took a heater from the empty unit down the hall and just put it in. I still have zero idea why they couldn’t... read more

I have to agree with Michael Wegner that my experience at Fairmont apartments was extremely pleasant, and I feel bad for the folks that have had a poor experience. I lived at the Fairmont for 3 years from 2019 - 2022, and I know it's 2025 and I am late to this review, but I had to come back and make sure I wrote a review because I think about this place a lot.
