I really enjoyed living in the Fairmont Estates Apartments in the past year. The rent is very reasonable for Kingston, hot water and heat is included and pets with a deposit. You can rent a lock up garage which I have as parking is tight. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with birds singing. If you want you can plant some flowers too. The laundry facilities are great. Eileen, the property manager is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! I'm very happy here.
Fairmont Estates is a really nice place to live. The apartment is very clean, bright, sunny and warm. The wood floors are beautiful and the appliances are updated and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and in a prime location for an enjoyable walk to Forsyth Park or Uptown Kingston. I have been living here for the past 5 years. My apartment is bright and spacious with wood floors and my neighbors are very friendly. The agent Eileen and the custodians Mike and Tom are courteous and friendly and always greet me with a smile on their faces. If I ever need repairs done (which is VERY RARELY) in the apartment, they are done in the same day or asap--depending on what needs to be done.
