History Established in 2012. The Fairmont came into existence in 2012 after an extensive rehab of the whole property. Even the address and name were changed. We are a gated community with beautiful garden-like grounds, fully rehabbed units with gas stoves, dishwashers, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and central heat and air, a fitness center, pool and spa and two brand new laundry facilities. a lot of old faulty equipment, appliances always braking, they dont clean well when you first get your apartment. rust and mold everywhere, cockroaches all outside. security never around so cars get broken into, homeless problem always coming in and out of the gate and camping out behind dumpsters. would go elsewhere.
I called to them so many times for apt booking but they’re not responding my phone call even I sent to them vocal mail .. I am totally disappointed from them …
