I have lived here for 7 years,the first 6 were great then greystar bought the place and now its not good to live here . We have a washer and dryer we pay 75.00 a month for,then sewage,water and garbage cost 250.00 per month,maintenance isnt good at all!!!! And we are going on our 4th manager since 12/2004.
The Fairmont Apartments have been incredible! The renovations are absolutely beautiful, and the upgraded finishes make the whole place feel brand-new. The stainless steel appliances are top-notch, and having an in-unit washer and dryer has been a total game-changer. Huge shoutout to Haley and Santiago—their service and friendliness make all the difference. Amazing team, amazing community. Highly recommend!
The apartments are well-kept with solid appliances, and the manager, Haley, is consistently helpful and always smiling.
Fairmont feels welcoming and well cared for. The updated apartments are clean and modern, the grounds are tidy, and the in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus. The new clubhouse and gym will be great additions. Staff has been very courteous and helpful. A really nice place to live.
