I won a lawsuit against The Fairmont/Greystar due to their mismanagement, bad accounting, fee overcharges/double-charges and they took 79 days to return my deposit upon move-out because their accounting system is terrible (in court Santiago himself said their accounting system is a mess). I’ve been living in this apartment community for about 2 years, and overall it has been a very good experience. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever there is an issue. The environment here is pleasant, clean, and comfortable, which makes it a nice place to live. One of the biggest advantages is the location. I am a resident at the Fairmont Apartment since 3 years, overall I my experience has been positive.Major renovations have taken place with the coming of new management, the whole complex has been repainted, the gym nd office area are in the process of remodeling, new washer dryers are installed in the apartments.The maintenance team responds promptly nd repairs are done professionally, all under the guidance of the wonderful office staff especially the manager Santiago who is very courteous, pleasant nd always ready to help.... read more
