Embarrassing. I’m cleaning up as a guest because my friend broke hurt her ankle yesterday, and if I was the director of HOA making people pay fees, I’d be checking my property weekly. I just dusted this underneath a staircase and frankly, I’d be embarrassed to charge anyone money for this. I heard the yard workers blowing their machines all darn day, so what were they blowing??? Smoke yo everyone’s butt? Cmon. HOA for what???
Quite place with a great pool, well maintained grounds, a club house for party's and a pool table to enjoy. Play grounds for the kids and large dog enclosure. RV storage is available and secure.
Nicely decorated but yeesh expensive HOA that doesn't even have a hot tub. They have really weird rules like guests can only park for 2 hours, and its not like we have a crowding problem with parked cars. The condominium is usually empty so it's a weird thing. Lived here for 5 years and overall I like it. Just not very guest friendly and HOA is way to high.
The HOA management is so completely horrible, that it really should make you think twice about purchasing and living here.
