To Fairlington Village management team: Victoria who works in the HOA office needs to be fired, she is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I moved from Fairlington Villages late last year because of deteriorating quality-of-life. I rented a 2-bedroom condo unit in FV for several years and buildings and grounds maintenance was poor-to-mediocre and there was continually more noise from non-residents using common areas for recreation and there was lax enforcement of condo association bylaws related to bed and breakfasts and parking.
Great community and so convenient to just about everything. Brick construction, slate roofs, wooded neighborhood. Perfect starter homes.
I lived here for 8 years. Cool environment, lots of space and close to DC. I will take this over a high rise any day.
Very kind and helpful staff, quaint office building, and quite centrally located in the community.
