DO NOT TAKE TOUR ANIMAL HERE. I took my animal here for an emergency. I told them I had no money and could pay in a couple days. They said I can apply for payment plans , etc. I told them I have NO MONEY TODAY. I get there and I’ll spare everyone the details , in the end they needed payment. I wasn’t able to make a payment right then as said on the phone before I even came. I love this place, staff are very kind and Veterinarian Trent was so careful with my dog, and also diagnosed her so thourouly! It felt like he actually cared! Also the rooms feel alot more relaxed and my dog (who normally shakes through an entire vet visit) leaves pretty much calm. I think this is a very nice place to go.
The vets here are fantastic. Front desk help, Jacob, is not. Will be taking my business to another vet. Sometimes the voice of a company can make or break someone's experience.
Twice one of the vets here has chopped my dogs nails so short they bled. He admitted he isn't good at it, which is fine, but maybe don't offer the service then? My dog is already nervous about it, and now it's even harder to do them myself because she's scared again. Even still I can a better job myself. They have started charging us for bringing in our cats insulin needles for disposal while the pharmacy right next door takes them for free.
