I was charged for processing fee of gas service. I did not order gas because the leasing agent told me that I don't need gas. I texted the leasing office and they resolved the problem right away. My experience was the staff with the company including the maintenance guy has been pleasant. The location is good near bus line in walking distance to many places. It's quiet and safe.
