Today, 4/17/26 I went to my storage unit for the first time since renting it. Mice had left dropping EVERYWHERE. Bugs were everywhere. Chiggars were on the borderline of in the until & out of the unit. I called management & was told they can not do anything about it for fear of hurting customers pets. Also told me they have not had any complaints about mice. They suggested I set mouse traps myself. I felt this was not very professional.
Horrible do not use this place go anywhere else owner has no idea what he is doing. He told me the payments automatically got taken out every month. My card got hacked and I had to update my card with him. He HUNG UP on me when I tried to change the card and laughed at me when I called back to try to change my card because news flash I can’t pay you with a cancelled card. When I changed my card he just decided to stop taking out the payments online and I didn’t receive a letter or call or anything from him to let me know I j... read more
