THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT THROUGH! I do not recommend anyone renting from them! This is my first time renting through them, and it was so many problems since day 1. For starters, they wouldnt accecpt my ESA due to my therapist no longer working at the facility that established the letter. If she were no longer living, was my ESA never valid?
