Moved into this complex based on all the great reviews. My take so far: 1. My movers were told they were not allowed to park near the ramp to make the move more efficient (esp in the freezing cold weather). Yet a week later; another set of movers were allowed to park right near the entrance. 2. I was given a date to move in, yet when I called letting them know I was on my way to collect my keys, I was told by the lady at reception to not come and wait because she didn’t know anything about my move in.
