My husband and I have lived here for 5 years. Our 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Troy, the manager, is responsive to our needs and does what is possible to make sure the buildings are clean and a pleasant place to live. He is never too busy to listen. My husband I were in a transitional period where we had sold our house and needed a place to rent until we determined where we wanted to settle next. We chose the Fair Lawn Promenade, living there almost two years, and couldn't have been happier.
