Fairlawn Massage Inc. purports to be located in the Hilton Akron Fairlawn and claims this to be so on its website. However, the business texted me a different address/location for my appointment. It is located in the basement of a musty, outdated office building. Upon arrival, the lights were off, and the door was locked. Two disheveled, unkempt women arrived approximately 5 minutes later to let me into the office/entryway, which was very small, dark, and dingy. The cleanliness and hygiene of the business and staff are questionable, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. When I get a massage, I expect a relaxing spa-like experience, which is not what Fairlawn Massage Inc. offers. I strongly recommend against booking a massage with them.
