I've lived here almost 5 years now and a 5 star review is a must. At no times have I experienced pests (though my downstairs unit did have ants this past summer! I put in a maintenance request and they came quickly to help me solve this). But having lived in NYC where mice are a guarantee, I am so, so happy our units are rodent free. They do pest control outside and we also have some stray cats that roam the more wild areas out back, so this probably helps. I appreciate the sense of belonging and camaraderie within our community, as well as the convenience and amenities it offers. The apartments are very spacious and pragmatically planned. The management team is excellent and very efficient. Couldn't have asked for more!
It's truly a luxury apartment! It's the best apartment my wife and I have ever lived in. It's aesthetically built with a lot of amenities and electronic appliances. It comes with a garage too which is very convenient. The maintenance team takes care of everything in the winter and is very efficient. To summarize, it has everything that one looks for in an apartment. I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans to live in the Hornell area.
This place is horrible. Very unorganized. Very controlling. Office is never any help. Get reported for doing nothing and get falsely accused. Was just left keys on move in and never got an in person tour. Move out was a pain. Def reccomend elsewhere.
