My experience moving into Fairlane Town Center Apartment Homes in Dearborn has been very disappointing. On the day we moved in, there were already several issues with the unit that should have been addressed beforehand. These included an uncleaned unit with belongings left in drawers, carpet with animal hair and stains all throughout, broken blinds in almost every room, multiple broken windows, noticeable drafts coming through the window frames, a missing bedroom door, lighting issues, and a broken front door frame. My wife and I recently got married and moved into this apartment complex. Although we signed our lease a month early for logistical reasons and so they can get the apartment clean before our actual move-in date. Rather, when I was excited to show my wife and sister-in-law our soon-to-be new home, our manager toured us through one of the filthiest residences I have ever seen…and they handed us the apartment filthy dirty. This place is totally awesome to live here because Fairland mall is rite across the parkin lot from fairland apartments Great service tech Micheal Pearson with great smile 👍 And great staffed too
