Poor security, space rent to high increase every single year, maintenance is so poor!
I have lived here for over 3 years now and I have to say the neighbors are friendly, the security is good and the staff is ready to listen and act on any concerns or problems that may arise (though few;-) ). Its a true community were we look after each other to make sure the kids in the neighborhood as well as the tenants and animals stay safe. Thanks Fairlane!
