RecommendedI really like my new apartment. Its beautiful and the area is quiet and safe. Delores has simple been awesome. She is professional and thoughtful. Lauren is great too. I could easily recommend Fairlane East to others. I cant wait until it gets warm. Its so beautiful here.

I'm an engineer who moved into the area for work. While I love the location, the customer service and maintenance are horrible. I've been here three months and been incorrectly charged multiple times. I sent several emails and voicemails, and spoke to the managers on duty. While they assured me they would look into it, they have still not removed the charges. Additionally, I have no electricity on one side of my living room, my dryer is out of order, and a funny smell is coming from under the guest bathroom (which I believe ... read more
