Get people who are friendly and care. Every time I call in to ask a question or make a request to Dr. Felkner, I never get a response from whoever works for her I have called in once or twice a week to ask a question or make a request and her 'assistant or whatever' never calls back. Sometimes it has taken up to 2 weeks to get a response even for prescriptions. I love Dr Felkner but since she moved from South Baldwin (where I thought cooperation and contact was bad) it is way worse where she is now. The staff is not friendly... read more
