The staff here are kind and professional. They do their job well, they’re honest, and helpful! I’ve never had a complaint coming here. I feel welcome here.
The best experience ever. The staff was so friendly and helpful though the whole process. I was in a lot of pain for several days and there main focus was to make me feel comfortable and get me out of pain and save my tooth. Thank you Dr Jones and everyone in the office. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful, friendly office! I was visiting from out of town and my temporary crown came off. Called this office and despite the fact that they were booked solid, I was instructed to come in and they would seat my temporary crown so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation! Jennifer at the front desk was a delight and so accommodating. My only regret is that this practice isn't mine at home. Thank you Fairhope Family Dentistry for putting patients' care as your #1 priority!
The elderly woman at the front desk, I think her name is Kendra, has the manners and customer service skills of a farm animal. She is the rudest person you will ever have the displeasure of meeting, barking orders in a gruff voice and talking about inappropriate subjects in the presence of patients.With her personality, she would be better suited processing incoming inmates at a prison rather than a dental office.
