This company is absolutely terrible. Their website is incredibly slow to respond to inquiries about shipping, and they constantly find excuses not to ship. Even when I gave them time, there was no communication whatsoever when the address was incorrect during delivery. And then they wanted to charge me extra?! I sent them a refund request, but received no response. My entire shopping experience was utterly awful. This is the first time I've given a negative review to a store. They are truly awful!
High end quality items. Lots of inventory for every taste palate. Personable, warm and inviting.
I have shopped here for a few years. I recently ordered online and selected *pick up in store*, planning on picking up my order when I could. I arrive home the next day to see it was shipped with fancy bag, tissue along with my name HAND WRITTEN! LOVE THIS! KEEP IT UP!! ❤❤
