Updated review 11/11/2025! Move in date: March 2025 - I have caught maybe 6-8 mice since I have lived here - There is a roach problem here, you even see them in the hallways - Staff are pretty nice - Overall neighborhood is pretty safe, they added lots of cameras around. - They have pest control but eh, he only added poison to the traps for mice, not sure if he treated the roaches. - Utilities are included, my current rent is $900 and the apartments really aren’t worth it and the site says they are raising it to $950… you ca... read more
Ms Collin’s is not lying. I just moved here as well & that photo she posted has my car in the background. This place is roache & water bug infested. Everyday since my first night here I’ve been killing or finding dead roaches. My kids don’t want to visit my girl friends don’t want to either. The pest infestation is so embarrassing. I’m sure the owner will get on here & say im lying just as they stated about Ms Collin’s & if so I can post photos too. Honest review. This is important to know when you are spending the majority of your pay for housing. Is it bad to wish for a section where there are no children and a certain age group? Happiest! My commute is 2 miles so I am stuck on that. Property Management company lets you know it’s strictly business. No grace periods. Will evict after 3 days late. ABSOLUTELY NO. -No lights in living room or bedroom - MICE INFESTED - ROACH INFESTED - OLD PROPERTIES! Only good thing about it is utilities are included but that may be a bad thing when it gets cold since the property CONTROLS heating… I think I seen they raised the rent up to 950? Absolutely not worth it.. this apartment is TERRIBLE I have no reason to lie. I moved into this property in March/ April. I receive quick response to every maintenance request I make since July 17th, 2024 when I moved in. Mitzi, the agent, has proved so helpful with my September 2025 rental payment that couldn’t be processed due to network issues between Rent Cafe and the Bank. The common areas of the property is neatly maintained.
