The property has somewhat of an unusual layout, but other than that, it was clean, secure, reasonable hours, easy to use, and acceptable pricing. If you need a lock, purchase from them--it's a better deal than some of the big box stores, plus there were 3 keys with the one we got. They were pleasant to work with, everything was clearly outlined in the paperwork, and they were accommodating when possible. We didn't need our unit long, but I would absolutely be willing to do business with them again if the need arose.

Some of my tenants use Fairhaven Self Storage. It has been particularly useful for those that are moving into an apartment, from a larger home, and just need the storage space. They have reported excellent experiences with this local business.

Really a great place to store stuff. I've rented two units there. Both were safe, clean and secure. There's a gate code to get in at very reasonable hours. The people that worked there are very nice and helpful. And, when I removed from my stuff, I didn't even check out, and they sent me a letter the next day saying thanks for being a customer. And they immediately stopped charging me. Really cool.
