Fairhaven Dermatology is a step above. Like many others have reported, I was treated with the utmost respect, the staff were all very welcoming and considerate. I was greeted and treated promptly. Several of my immediate family members also use Fairhaven Dermatology and have received the same great service. It is apparent how well the staff work together; the facility is very clean and inviting with a natural yet new/modern Northwest vibe in the decor. My overall experience was well above average.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they all truly care about people! The doctor I saw (Dr. Sayler) was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Her assistant was just as wonderful! I’ve was seen at another dermatology office in Whatcom and my experience was not the same. This place is worth the wait!
I love being a patient at Fairhaven Dermatology. My concerns are listened to and addressed. Great Dr. patient teamwork approach to treatments. Staff is very compassionate and professional. Highly recommend them for all skin needs.
Just had surgery yesterday. The staff is very professional and courteous. I received a follow-up call from Dr. Langei that evening, to check up on me and how I was doing. That is customer service! if you have need for dermatology consults and/or treatment I would recommend them, hands down! Thank you Fairhaven Dermatology!
