Dealt with upstairs neighbor and her harrasment of us everyday with unrelenting pounding and screaming on floors and walls. We appreciate the office and their help with the noise complaints, and fixing the light sconces that get popped out because of banging. Maintenance work is hit or miss now. Use the portal they say. Will see how this slab leak and its aftermath of multiple issues turns out and will update our review.
It took months to get the signed lease. Once you are in, that’s it for communicating with anyone when you need to. I recommend reading through reviews beforehand throughly, as if no issues arise, it would be a fine place to live, but when they do, and usually in apartments they will, it is a nightmare. I moved in with a freezer that did not work. Maintenance has visited twice and reported they would order the part to fix it. Moved in May 2025 and noticed that the freezer wasn’t working. Submitted a service request in June 2025 in which they did nothing other than stand there and blame us and say it’s because we had “too much food” in there… Idk about you, but I’ve NEVER had a freezer that didn’t work due to too much food… but ok… So we listened to the advice, threw everything out (with no compensation btw), and made sure we had the vents clear at all times.
