We just dealt with upstairs neighbor and her harrasment of us everyday for 10 months, with unrelenting pounding and screaming on floors and walls. And the unfortunate THINGS she left behind. We appreciate the office and their help. Maintenance for fixing our lites she popped out. Update 3.4.26 on our the Slab leak repair that was not to completion. Floor has water seeping through new tiles. Management has reached out to clean up leak and address vents, thank you Amy!

It took months to get the signed lease. Once you are in, that’s it for communicating with anyone when you need to. I recommend reading through reviews beforehand throughly, as if no issues arise, it would be a fine place to live, but when they do, and usually in apartments they will, it is a nightmare. I moved in with a freezer that did not work. Maintenance has visited twice and reported they would order the part to fix it.
