Pam or whatever her name is, is the worst leasing agent. I made an appointment and got there, she did not show up! She forgot and started lying about it, typical Fairfield moto.
Actually one of the worst apartments. Lived here for over 6 months and nothing has fixed or replaced since before we moved in. The property manager doesn’t respond and ignores all issues. We haven’t received our key card for the club house or gym and the dog poop bin is constantly over flowed to the point it’s just gross. The property itself isn’t taken care of with many broken lights, doors. Can’t wait until our lease is up to move out of this garbage place
Lived here 4 months and have been complaining about the smell of mildew, ruining my clothes and furniture. So far nothing has been done besides someone spraying and wiping down one of these walls covered in black and green mold. I was told they do not clean out the ductwork and I get ignored on a day-to-day basis. Save yourself the trouble and do not move here.
