Moved in May 2025 and noticed that the freezer wasn’t working. Submitted a service request in June 2025 in which they did nothing other than stand there and blame us and say it’s because we had “too much food” in there… Idk about you, but I’ve NEVER had a freezer that didn’t work due to too much food… but ok… So we listened to the advice, threw everything out (with no compensation btw), and made sure we had the vents clear at all times. Roach infested do not move here!! Mold is still present as well as roaches the amount of disrespect that came from Amy is unacceptable telling me I don’t clean my bathroom that’s why there is mold told me I don’t pay for hot water another lie said we wanted to be tranfered for another reason then what the problem is. All Amy cared about was who was living g in my home and not the problem I got loud after she said all those things and she threatened me to have me evicted!
Great maintenance crew and the portal is so helpful. Still dealing with upstairs neighbor and her harrasment of us everyday with unrelenting pounding and screaming on floors and walls. We appreciate the office and their help with the noise complaints, and fixing the light sconces that get popped out because of banging. The new clubhouse coming soon we hear!!
This is unfair I moved last October they rented me an apartment with broken microwave dishwasher and washer machine broken lights in the bathroom Since before I moved in they never fixed or replaced nothing lack of maintenance lack of manager you paying rent every month. Neighbor who lives below me so racism called cops on me every day this is very unfair paying so much money and not getting the services is on the leasing.
